Avaliação de desempenho revisão sistemática e análise da literatura recente

Avaliação de desempenho (AD) é um processo corriqueiro em qualquer contexto onde exista a necessidade de tomada de decisão, ou seja, pode ser dito que esta é uma das atividades que o ser humano mais frequentemente desempenha. Considerando a relevância deste assunto, este trabalho apresenta um levantamento da produção científica sobre AD na base de dados ScienceDirect identificando o que tem sido publicado sobre o tema. As publicações identificadas participam de um processo de seleção dos artigos, seguido de uma análise bibliométrica e por fim uma análise sistêmica. Os procedimentos utilizados para a realização dessas tarefas são apresentados neste artigo. Como resultados têm-se a identificação das publicações mais relevantes sobre AD e a indicação de melhorias nos métodos apresentados nos artigos.
