Abordagem crítica sobre o Acordo TRIPS e o acesso a medicamentos

O setor de medicamentos sofreu e vem sofrendo uma remodelação diante de novos desafios industriais em todo o mundo e especialmente após a introdução do Acordo TRIPS na OMC. O objetivo deste artigo é o breve enfoque sobre o Acordo TRIPS e o acesso a medicamentos, com abordagem na análise crítica sobre como os direitos de propriedade intelectual podem aumentar o custo dos medicamentos, através das medidas TRIPS/ADPIC+ (mais) no direito interno, e sobre as vantagens dos países desenvolvidos no bilateralismo pós-TRIPS.
