Este artigo tem por objetivo a realização de uma breve análise dos requisitos da patenteabilidade (novidade, atividade inventiva e aplicação industrial), no âmbito internacional, tendo como parâmetro as regras universalmente aceitas, em especial pelos países signatários do Acordo TRIPS, sem prejuízo de das especificidades que são inerentes aos ordenamentos jurídicos quando da realização de um estudo aprofundado sobre o tema.
This article aims to conduct a brief analysis of the patentability requirements (novelty, inventive step and industrial application), at the international level, having as parameter the rules universally accepted, especially by the signatory countries of the TRIPS Agreement, subject to the specificities that are inherent in the legal systems when performing an in-depth study on the subject.

Cet article vise à procéder à une brève analyse des exigences de brevetabilité (nouveauté, activité inventive et l'application industrielle), au niveau international, ayant comme paramètre les règles universellement acceptées, en particulier par les pays signataires de l'Accord sur les ADPIC, sous réserve de la spécificités qui sont inhérents dans les systèmes juridiques lors de l'exécution d'une étude approfondie sur le sujet.
