The protection of fashion creations by copyright: mathematics is in fashion law

The intellectual elaboration of the law of protection of fashion creations are appropriations to reflect the detailed study of procedures of technical authoring innovations. The cultural and socio-historical dynamics reflects the universality of the fashion industry; the patterns of aesthetic form can be explained by linguistic, mathematical, chemical, physical and even philosophical studies. Giving fashion the scientific spirit is the progression of the notable products present in the articles of the recurrence laws 9,279/1996 and 9,610/1998; the methodology used is the knowledge acquired on the basis of secondary studies. Sociological impressions explain the capacity of inventions representative of fashion in the economic, political and ideological spheres. The monographic essay brings contextual reflections on fashion in the development that prepare the reader for the analysis of the provisions of the articles of law; these are understandings articulated with everyday themes, particularised in the exact sciences through the author's own creations.
